All-Ceramic Crowns
Monolithic zirconia and layered e.max crowns are our core offering. Monolithic zirconia is milled from high-translucency 5Y blanks, characterized with stains and glazed chairside. Layered e.max crowns use a press core with hand-layered feldspathic porcelain for maximum esthetic depth. Both are milled and characterized in-house — no third-party lab handoff.
Porcelain Veneers
Ultra-thin feldspathic and e.max press veneers for demanding smile cases. We work from digital smile design files — DSD, Smile Designer Pro, or exported DXD — and mill provisionals simultaneously so your patient leaves with a same-appointment preview. Final veneers are 0.3–0.5 mm at the incisal edge, layered over an e.max press core.
Implant Prosthetics
We fabricate screw-retained crowns, cement-retained crowns, and custom titanium abutments for all major implant systems. All restorations are verified against the scan file and the analog before delivery. For full-arch cases we fabricate verification jigs, try-in frameworks, and final monolithic or layered zirconia bridges from the same digital workflow.
Full-Arch Frameworks
Monolithic zirconia full-arch frameworks for All-on-4 and All-on-X cases. Milled from extra-translucent 5Y zirconia with gingival characterization. Standard turnaround from scan to framework: targeted within 48 hours. Final delivery with printed STL verification available on request.
Nightguards
Hard acrylic Michigan-style nightguards and dual-laminate sport guards fabricated from digital scans. No physical impressions required — scan and go. Rush cases available on request — contact us to confirm availability.
Partial Dentures
Flexible thermoplastic partials and precision-fit acrylic partials designed from digital scans. We design the framework digitally before printing patterns, reducing adjustment time at delivery.
Inlays & Onlays
Conservative e.max inlays and onlays milled to 20-micron fit. Adhesive preparation minimized. Glazed and stained to blend with existing dentition before delivery.
